Pandora Music now works with Dark Mode, Siri on iPhone, HomePod, and CarPlay

Apple showed up new features coming to CarPlay back at WWDC in June including the ability to control Pandora and Waze with Siri. We’re still awaiting the big iOS 13 update from Waze, but Pandora has just released the new version of its music player for iPhone.

Pocket Casts goes free with existing features included, adds ‘Plus’ subscription

The podcasting industry is booming with heavy investment from large players like Google, Apple, and Spotify. NPR and a public radio consortium last year acquired Pocket Casts to offer its own experience and already released a major update in March with version 7.0. Today, Pocket Casts is going free and adding a “Plus” subscription.

Multiple camera simultaneous recording coming to iPhone XS and iPhone XR, not just iPhone 11

At its event last week, Apple previewed a new version of Filmic Pro running on the iPhone 11 Pro. It was a compelling demo, with the app able to record from multiple cameras simultaneously, like recording the front and back camera together, or filming using the new ultra-wide and standard wide cameras for additional coverage.
